With rugby on the rise in the United States, there is no better place to be than in the middle of it – literally! Refereeing provides you the opportunity to stay involved in a game you love, challenge yourself mentally and physically, and give back to the rugby community all while offering the flexibility of setting your own schedule and commitment level. RMRR has a history of producing top US referees, with current and former referees in the elite ranks, on the national panel, and refereeing overseas.

How much do I get paid?

• You’ll make between $30-$100 per match
• You’ll also be reimbursed for mileage for matches far from home
• We provide credits towards the purchase of new kit, with special deals to get new referees started!
