It is important that you recognize who the match organizer is for each match that you submit a report on. If you are unclear, please contact the Match Secretary. This report serves both the Rocky Mountain Rugby union, as well as Rugby Colorado.

In addition, if you are a RMRR referee appointed to a USA Rugby High Performance Competition (PRP, WPL, College D1A, etc.), either as a referee or an assistant referee, you are required to fill out the USA-specific incident form.
