September 2014 Meeting

From Chairman Tom Coburn:

The September meeting will be held tonight (9/2/14) at 7PM. It will be at the usual meeting place in Glendale on the 3rd floor of the fire station building. Please try to be on time and we will try to keep things running smoothly. Agenda is as below.

700 – Call to order and miscellaneous comments

705 – Treasures report

710 – Scheduling for the fall

715 – Update on CIPP registration for USA rugby.

720 – Jackalope and Aspen final assignments and discussion

735 – Web site update (Stu and Steve Gore)

745 – Have we discussed the 5 year plan???

August 2014 Meeting

via Vice-Chair Marc Nelson:

Referees after taking the month of July off we will be back on monthly meetings the 1^st Tuesday of every month 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held on the 3 floor of the Glendale admin building (Above the fire house). There will be a beep test for those who need to take it before the USA Sept 7^th deadline to qualify for National appointments. It is also a good idea to show up and see what your current level of fitness is for the upcoming season. Below is the itinerary for the meeting and typically August is the busiest meeting we have all year so please try to attend.
