USA Rugby Elite National Panel and ER Referee Derek Summers is currently in South Africa representing the US in the IRB’s Referee Talent Optimization Programme. The camp, which is being held at the Maties Referee Academy in Stellenbosch, features some of the best up and coming referees from around the world.
